Scorpion - 3D Play Button

Hi everyone, I am a huge fan of procedurally generated art and different tools that allow artists to speed up their workflow. As a part of my learning process, I wanted to create a 3D button with procedural texture using the real-time render engine Eevee in Blender. I was curious if I can achieve a nice result and utilize this approach for the rest of UI. There are some pros and cons of using this approach, but overall I am pretty happy with the final result.

To achieve this procedurally generated weathered gold material I was following this tutorial.

I absolutely love Blender Artists' community and admire the time and effort that they put into making these useful videos.

The great thing about this approach is that you can keep it flexible. So, basically, this decoration is a bunch of curves with custom bevel profiles. You can easily change the shape and look of these decoration elements.
